GTS is currently growing and looking for a Senior Quantitative Trader to join our organization.

Responsibilities

Designing and building systems of automated checks and balances around trading strategies; Building tools to automate and optimize trading strategy portfolio management and to identify trading opportunities and monitor for these in real time; Monitoring automated trading strategies and system performance, portfolio risk, and executions; Refining and adjusting trading system parameterization based on current market conditions and risk strategy; Performing historical quantitative research on market and trading activity to inform trading system configuration; Developing quantitative models to price equities, futures, and ETFs; Collaborating with software engineers on the development of automated trading systems; Responding to client requests for block risk in ETFs and hedge appropriately; and Researching new ETFs and setting up trading systems to trade them.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field, and 24 months of experience in a quantitative finance position using Python, Java, SQL, Kdb+, Distributed Computing, Linux, Git, Numpy, Streamlit.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $250,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
