Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join the team, based in New York. When possible, you will have the opportunity to study for and take applicable FINRA registration exams.

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department
• Manage and verify all expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Audit and coordinate invoices for proper approval and accuracy
• Manage Concur transactions including invoice processing, new user entry, vendor imports, and PO approvals
• Enter and upload invoices into applicable systems
• Update and support contracts database
• Assist with due diligence process, KYC files, and document control
• Prepare and maintain various GL account schedules and reconciliations
• Manage and coordinate the Finance Department’s project calendar
• Support the reconciliation of monthly AMEX Corporate Card statements by sending statements to card holders for review and approval

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 
• 1+ years of related work experience; internship experience counts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• FINRA Series 99 license is a plus

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $85,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
