Network Engineer

The Information Technology team provides and supports the cutting-edge technology infrastructure to the company, delivering a range of products and services. Members of the team are constantly learning and seeking new ways to evolve and improve our mission critical infrastructure. This team collaborates with all areas of the business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project management in the most cost-effective manner.  We are currently looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join our IT team and assist in supporting the firms complex network operations.


Hours for this role are 12:00 pm to 9 pm EST / 9 am to 6 pm PST

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years of professional networking experience
  • Thorough understanding of Layer 1/2/3 network concepts for Ethernet networks.
  • Thorough understanding of computer networking protocols and concepts including IP/TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, and similar protocols
  • Experience with various network protocols: STP, BGP, OSPF, IGMP, PIM
  • Familiar with Cisco/Arista routers/switches and using command line for management
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience working with data center environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
